Subscriptions, Shipping & Returns

Subscriptions: Automatically Renewing Payments

By subscribing to Wise Up monthly program, you are consenting to a monthly recurring payment

In a monthly payment will be taken on the same date each month.

3 & 6 Month Subscriptions

Payments are taken in full for 3 and 6 month subscriptions. An email will be sent to you before your subscription expires asking you to purchase a new subscription should you wish to continue. Should you wish to continue, you will have to then purchase a new subscription.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, this could be caused by changes in your payment details or insufficient funds. If you do not notify us of either of these reasons, we will contact you and retry the payment each week for 3 weeks. If we receive no response, your subscription will be cancelled.


For all of our UK customers, we ship using Royal Mail Special Delivery.


All shipping prices are calculated on the package's weight and size; these are determined at checkout.

We aim to ship your order within 48hrs of the payment being processed.


If the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.

By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have given is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the card on which payment was made.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may be subject to a slight delay in getting dispatched. We will get in touch with you ASAP if there has been any delay.

All products are subject to availability which is subject to change. Products shown will not be actual size, where available approximate measurements are provided.


All colours are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow. We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary or to conform to any changes in UK or EU requirements.


We try to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.


Returns & Exchange

Should you decide you do not want your purchase within 14 days of receiving it,  you are entitled to a full refund, so long as the items are returned undamaged and in their original unopened package.


In the unlikely event of the goods being delivered damaged or faulty, once the items are returned to us, we will issue either a full refund to the original purchasing account or replacement items will be shipped.
